SWIM Coalition’s Fall Public Meeting is being hosted by the Gowanus Canal Conservancy!

Please join us on Tuesday, October 10th 5:30pm-7:30pm at the GCC Headquarters for an update on SWIM Coalition’s recent and upcoming actions for cleaner waterways around the City, a presentation about the Gowanus Lowlands and Gowanus Blue projects and an update on the Gowanus Superfund projects, plus a screening and discussion of a new film “City on the Water” - from National Geographic filmmaker Jon Bowermaster about the issues facing New York’s waterways and the work being done by Riverkeeper and community activists throughout the City to restore, protect and preserve them. At the end of the meeting, if the weather is nice, we'll take a walk down to the Canal. Click here for directions and to register for the event. See you all there!
